Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here will take 7-10 business days to arrive USA. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping email.
In general, there is no need to pay customs duties.
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, back order or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

Shipping timelines are usually within 2 business days from the date ordered.
Back order
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is within 20 days.
Made to order
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. The estimated ship date is between 10-35 days.
ORDER
We will send you an order confirmation email when you place your order successfully. All the info will be in the email. So please be sure the email address you left is correct.
We will send you a shipping email with the tracking no when we ship your order out. If you cannot track it, please reach out to us at thex3shop.com with your order number and the details, our customer service team will help you.
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request. Usually the order can be canceled before shipping except for the made to order items.
Note:
1、More than 12 hours after placing an order, cancellation of the order will be charged an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount.
2、Cancellation orders will not be accepted more than 2 days after the order is placed.
Feel free to reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, thex3shop is unable to change the address on our end but you can contact your local post office to submit special delivery instructions.
The email you received is sent by system automatically which shows the order you placed. We modify the order detail in shipping system. So please be assured.
RETURN
If you are not 100% satisfied with your clothing you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at service@thex3shop.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note that any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. For more info please click here.
The returning shipping fee depends on your local courier.
Our warehouse will process your order within 4 days after receiving the return. When you ship it out please tell me the tracking no. Please do not use the tracking unavailable service.
Usually we will proceed the refund for you on Friday because our financial department usually refunds uniformly on Friday.
OTHER
According to our policy, only one coupon can be used in one order. But you can use a coupon with a gift card at the same time.
