What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
Thex3shop accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support via email service@thex3shop.com.

Return type

  • Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1.Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2.Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Contact our Service Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
All shipping fees are thex3shop expense if the issue was caused by thex3shop, or the customer need to pay for the cost. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns to the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Promotional products
4. All custom pieces are non-refundable and non-cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the thex3shop Team via the Service Center. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via E-Mail at service@thex3shop.com.

Return Process

If your item has an issue or you’ve received the wrong item, please email our service center, and carefully follow our return process to minimize any delay.
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: including your order number, order date, product name. Contact us at service@thex3shop.com.
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Send a clear photo or video showing the issue(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
4.Fulfil the Return Merchandise Form of the returned items. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
5. Please send us the returning package number and we will refund you after we receive the package.
Notes:Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original packaging and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip, any appraisals. You are responsible for the return shipping label. Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY

There are no returns/exchanges on thex3shop's Customized Jewelry.  Thex3shopwill repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.) or you pay the repair fee and we will repair it for you. Once any of our custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.

Return Shipping Cost

Thex3shop will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, thex3shopwere to send you the incorrect pendant or with inferior qualities. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Note:
1、More than 12 hours after placing an order, cancellation of the order will be charged an order processing fee of 20% of the order amount.
2、Cancellation orders will not be accepted more than 7 days after the order is placed.
